Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
As an Account Manager, (or Client Manager (CM) as we call it), you'll be responsible for selling Optiv security services and technology solutions to strategic accounts within the Greater Las Vegas Metro. You will own and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle within your assigned accounts and lead a cross-functional team to build and execute a multi-year strategic account management plan. This team may include a Solutions Architect, Client Operations Specialist, and other personnel.
You will also focus on enhancing client satisfaction by understanding and documenting their business, technology, and security goals, reviewing progress quarterly, and engaging Optiv leadership as needed.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Build trusted relationships with client executives.
- Develop multi-year strategic account plans based on client goals and security trends.
- Build a sales pipeline ideally four times your targets and achieve/exceed gross margin goals.
- Manage forecasts with high accuracy and integrity.
- Execute sales strategies aligned with Force Management principles.
- Communicate Optiv’s value effectively.
- Build relationships with technology partners to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate communications between clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain internal communication regarding opportunities and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years of sales experience in technology or cybersecurity.
- Proven success in prospecting and exceeding quotas.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build relationships with key executives.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Track record of exceeding plans and expectations.
Total Target Compensation
$140,000 – $250,000+ annually, including base salary and uncapped bonuses based on new and renewal business, influenced by various factors.
