The executive assistant & office manager keeps the engine running. They support our leadership team by managing the small details that make a big impact—calendars, travel, admin, and operational logistics—while also keeping our New York office welcoming, well-stocked, and efficient.

This role will be in-person in New York.

Responsibilities

  • Be the right hand to leadership
  • Own complex calendaring, coordinate meetings across time zones, and proactively solve scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle personal administrative tasks to free up leadership time (travel bookings, insurance forms, etc.).
  • Run the office like a pro
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and functional office environment—including snacks, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage accounts payable, track office expenses, and assist with people ops tasks like onboarding, access requests and perks.
  • Stay on top of multiple moving threads—project deadlines, office to-dos, and executive priorities.
  • Spot issues before they happen and jump in without being asked.
