A highly respected attorney is seeking a Personal Assistant/Office Administrator. This position is fully on site in Midtown Manhattan and is a long-term temporary role.
Who You Are
- An administrative professional with at least two years of experience, preferably in a legal environment
- Skilled in organizing schedules, managing communications, and keeping operations running smoothly
- Tech-savvy and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable balancing professional and personal support responsibilities
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and client interactions with precision
- Assist with billing processes and maintain accurate records
- Handle personal tasks such as travel arrangements, childcare logistics (plus occasional coverage), and errands
- Support marketing efforts and help drive business development activities
- Oversee office logistics including vendor management and expense tracking

- Clients receive timely, professional communication and support
- Personal logistics are handled with care and confidentiality
- Office operations are organized, efficient, and cost-effective

Pay Rate Range: $25-30 per hour, based on experience
