Career Opportunity: Restaurant Manager

As a manager, you will work with a team of 3-5 managers overseeing daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities include ensuring effective operations, maintaining high food quality and cleanliness, training and developing staff, reviewing financials, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service in a chef-inspired, wine-centric environment. This role offers a healthy work-life balance and growth opportunities in our expanding concept.

Our Expectations

  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and following up with new team members
  • Ensure consistent food and drink quality according to standards
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations
  • Participate in inventory and supply management, including kitchen equipment and cleanliness

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, full-service settings
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Results-driven, trustworthy, team-oriented
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary fields preferred
