THE POSITION: Production Coordinator

We are looking to add a Production Coordinator to our world class Production team. Interested in an exciting work environment with creative minds and tremendous growth opportunity? If yes, we are looking to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and convey production priorities to domestic manufacturers through internal Purchase Order tracking system measuring progress and status
• Daily communication with domestic vendors to manage key priority product orders and all submittals
• Handle shipment approval process with Production & Customer Care departments
• Communicate any updates or issues with multidisciplinary teams and/or customers daily
• Manage and keep multiple projects on schedule simultaneously with competing priorities
• Coordinate with the Customer Care team on production status and back-order notifications
• Participate in ad hoc reporting, testing, and sampling
  
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years of production experience
• Analytical approach identifying and analyzing problems providing actionable solutions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Must be extremely organized, detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
• Proficient with MS Office Programs- Navigating Excel; filters, pivot tables, graphical data representation, overall data manipulation and presentation
• Calm demeanor under pressure
• Stellar people skills
