The role is to be the architect of the candidate experience from the moment a candidate is invited to interview. You will coordinate with hiring leads, communicate directly with candidates, manage scheduling logistics, and ensure that interview days run seamlessly. You will also research and implement new ways to elevate the recruiting process to create exceptional experiences.

  • Communicate proactively with candidates to guide them through the process
  • Manage all scheduling and logistics with precision and care
  • Identify opportunities to improve the recruiting experience and implement new ideas

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $99,000.00/yr
