We have widespread manufacturing processes, serve various industries and customers, and focus on business and individual growth, offering endless opportunities!

Current Opportunities Include:

• 1st Shift operations: hours are approximately 4:30am – 1:30pm
• 3rd Shift operations: hours are approximately 8:30pm – 5:30am (+$7,500 Off Shift Premium)

Areas include: Metal Fabrication, Robotic Welding, Automation, Coating, Assembly

Being part of the Manufacturing Supervision team allows you to learn our business from the ground up and gain experience across many facets. You will communicate with various departments, from engineering to sales and management, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate production schedules to improve efficiencies and serve customers
• Enforce safety and company policies
• Promote a safe, positive work environment through training, coaching, and motivating
• Identify and develop departmental leaders
• Work with team members to produce quality products
• Provide continuous feedback to foster growth

MORryde emphasizes teamwork; Supervisors should display a team-oriented attitude.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to read product prints and identify critical dimensions (or willingness to learn)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Customer-focused attitude and sense of urgency
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to handle stress, multitask, and work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse teams
