Successful candidates must be willing and able to perform duties associated with commercial cleaning, painting, spackling, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including operating industrial type cleaning equipment such as high-speed buffers, burnishes, shampooers, and vacuum cleaners. Successful candidates must also be willing and able to clean restrooms, classrooms, residence halls, offices and/or similar facilities, as well as move heavy items such as tables, furniture, cleaning equipment, supplies, and other related cleaning devices. This position requires the ability to physically bend, stoop, lift and move items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds; to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift and climb and stand on ladders. Successful Candidate will work 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday**Additional Information:**This is a **full-time** (100**%** FTE), **permanent** position.
