WORK TYPE: Onsite

LOCATION: 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268

WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday; 6:00am-2:30pm

Overtime: Mandatory overtime which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

What You Will Do

• As a member of the Warehouse team, the Inventory Control Lift Driver plays a critical role in ensuring all inventory is accounted for and placed in the most efficient locations for optimizing distribution flow.
• Ensure products are physically and systemically in the best location to support picking needs.
• Develop processes for loss mitigation and work with Sales teams to problem solve inventory issues.
• Continue to improve processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage and control inventory by checking, correcting, and resolving discrepancies in counts.
• Strategically map, organize, and replenish product to support picking needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address inventory-related issues.

Qualifications / Skills

• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems.
• Willingness to work seasonal mandatory overtime and maintain excellent attendance.
• Read and comprehend documents in English; communicate effectively in English with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Learn quickly, accuracy-driven, team-oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers.

Education / Experience

• SAP Experience is a bonus
• Prior lift experience
• Prior RF Scan Gun experience is a bonus
• Prior inventory control experience is a bonus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
