Work Type: Onsite

Location: 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268

Work Hours: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday–Friday

Note: Mandatory overtime may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

What You Will Do

• Train Warehouse Associates to research and correct displaced, mislabeled, and missing products; perform replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks; resolve inventory discrepancies between system and physical counts; resolve order issues.
• Lead the team by example regarding attendance, performance, productivity, and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to problem-solve orders with inventory issues or changes needed.
• Ensure daily department responsibilities are completed by end of shift; provide support in any area needed.
• Utilize personal protective equipment as required for safety.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Ability to work seasonal mandatory overtime and maintain excellent attendance
• Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English
• Communicate effectively in English with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Participate in meetings and presentations requiring proficient English skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights in English
• Learn tasks quickly; accuracy-driven, personable, team-oriented, and punctual
• Basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Knowledge / Experience / Education

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Preference given to candidates with related experience
• At least 2-3 years of continued work experience

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described are representative of those required to perform essential functions. The role may require standing for long periods, repetitive movements, and lifting 15–50 lbs. The environment may be non-climate-controlled.
