Overview
Family Dental of Owasso is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. The position offers a $15,000 welcome bonus and a schedule that includes Monday 8:15-5:00, Tuesday 6:15-4:00, Wednesday 6:15-3:00, and Thursday 6:15-3:00pm.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding patient care with time and attention to each patient’s needs.
- Participate in the Hygiene mentor program and utilize educational offerings to enhance clinical skills.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to deliver lifelong patient care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Oklahoma and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Experienced and new grads welcome to apply.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of dental health.
- Clinical needs as required by office.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically.
- A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions; test will be arranged during the pre-employment process. Not applicable in the states of Florida and Tennessee.
