Position Overview

LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a(n) Registered Nurse - RN PACU | Registered Nurse - RN in Panama City, FL. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of Recent (Within the last year) acute care PACU RN experience. Side Note* Facility strongly prefers Critical Care Experience in addition to the PACU RN experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
  
  

Salary Range: $26.40 an HR- Mid: $34.32 - $39.60 an HR (17+ years of experience)
