Job Summary and Qualifications
The RN coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with medical providers and the care team. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and managing patient pain.
- Performing procedures and documenting care.
- Responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating needs.
- Teaching patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
Qualifications include:
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Associate Degree.
- RN or APRN licensure.
- Acute care experience, preferably in ED.
