Pay & Benefits

Depending on experience and qualifications, you earn $22.00 - $26.00/hour. You also receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus, plus exceptional benefits and perks after a 30-day probation period, including:

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Commitment to zero-injury safety goals and ability to follow company safety procedures
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, climbing ladders, lifting up to 55 pounds, and working in confined spaces
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends during the busy season as needed

Schedule & Responsibilities

As a Night-Shift Feed Mill Operator, you typically work Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 4:00 am. Your main responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, operating a computer-controlled system, and supporting operations and maintenance personnel in their duties. You also perform general housekeeping duties, such as cleaning equipment and buildings, while maintaining a professional image and attitude. You may work alone or with a team and should contribute your best effort to every task.
