Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections. They inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness standards are met, assist Room Attendants as needed, provide training, and assume all Housekeeping Manager functions in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates with a smile.
• Supervise all Housekeeping and Laundry staff.
• Inspect staff's work to ensure cleanliness standards and productivity levels are maintained.
• Maintain key control system.
• Handle 'Lost and Found' items according to standards.
• Perform any other duties as requested by Management.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
