Job Summary

Ensure the coordination of the Housekeeping department is maintained through updates via notice boards, reports, and communication. Handle all requests efficiently and organize daily allocations before shifts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend daily shift briefings
• Prepare daily task sheets according to hotel standards
• Monitor and update guest room statuses
• Answer calls and follow up on requests
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers
• Complete system tasks in Opera
• Use the paging system proficiently
• Conduct shift handovers properly
• Have thorough knowledge of housekeeping tasks and areas
• Ensure accurate communication of information
• Complete daily assigned tasks as per standards
• Assist with other duties as needed

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Leadership qualities and customer focus
