LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is hiring passionate and talented hospitality professionals to join our next journey in Seattle and share a great story that pursue love, freedom, and life to move the hearts of our guests. This position is for a PM Housekeeping Supervisor who will support daily operations and uphold luxury standards. The Supervisor works closely with the Housekeeping Manager to implement procedures, support staff, and supervise the housekeeping team, including guest floor staff such as room attendants and housemen.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain high standards throughout the department.
  • Train staff, conduct quality control, and inspect guest rooms, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to implement procedures and uphold luxury service standards.
  • Directly supervise guest floor staff including room attendants and housemen.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in the use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and fixtures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of relevant hotel and hospitality regulations
  • A gracious, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, AM/PM/overnight shifts, and overtime as needed
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
