Responsibilities

  • Inspect all vacant rooms daily in assigned areas and spot check occupied rooms as needed.
  • Ensure all amenities and linens are stocked daily according to standards.
  • Verify that guest rooms are clean and that daily cleaning assignments are completed.
  • Monitor housekeeping staff and report issues to management.
  • Assist with office duties such as lost and found, shipping, and procedures.
  • Help with cleaning rooms or laundry if needed.
  • Support special projects and tasks assigned by management.
  • Participate in training new staff under supervision.
  • In the absence of senior staff, run meetings and monitor the housekeeping office.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be helpful to staff and guests.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
