Maple Crest Support Aide (3rd Shift) – Join Our Caring Team!

Location: Maple Crest - Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio

Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Status: Full-Time/Part-Time

Reports To: Facilities Coordinator

Position Overview:

As a Maple Crest Support Aide, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment for our residents. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with food preparation and baking.
  • Performing housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Supporting life enrichment activities to engage residents.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is helpful but not required.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.
  • Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and assist with mobility needs if required.
