Production Associate - 3rd Shift at US Farathane
- Starting rate: $15.00/hr
- Shift premium: $1.50
- Paid weekly

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Operate molding press/equipment while following company procedures
- Review the “Operator Display Board” prior to running production for work instructions and Quality Alerts
- Assure product meets established quality criteria of zero non-conformances
- Correctly record scrap every hour when instructed
- Correct application of all internal and external labels when required
- Remove old labels from all returnable packaging
- Correct application of lot numbers
- Daily review of all applicable quality alerts
- Notify the Supervisor of all discrepancies to established quality checks
- Report production and quality issues/concerns with associates during communication meetings
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Participate in team problem-solving activities
- Follow all internal and OSHA-required safety procedures
- Report to work on time
- Follow all other shop rules, procedures, and policies
- Any and all duties may be updated or changed at any time by management
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing or walking for long periods of time
- Frequent lifting or lowering objects up to 35 lbs
- Frequent reaching above/below the shoulder and forward
- Occasional bending, stooping, and crouching
Working Conditions
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts
- The employee must not wear loose-fitting clothing that may get in the way of moving machinery
- Occasional exposure to extreme heat and vibration
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Employees may be required to work outside for short periods of time
