Position: Bakery Operator

Location: Waukesha, WI

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shift Details

• 2nd Shift: $19.00/hour (1:45 PM - 10:15 PM)
• 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour (9:45 PM - 6:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate baking equipment to produce high-quality products according to customer and internal specifications.
• Set up and run the Continuous Mixing Line and Pita Line.
• Perform general equipment inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting. Report repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Conduct routine product testing to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Accurately record data at required intervals.
• Make equipment adjustments to meet efficiency and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for shifts of 8 hours or more.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculating percentages.
• Comfortable working in warm environments.
