Overview

We are seeking a Retail Onboarding Specialist to support retail partner launches. You will onboard 10+ retail partners, manage store activation and catalog updates, track performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve roadblocks. The role also involves process improvements to scale retail growth.

Base pay range

$48.00/hr - $51.00/hr

Mandatory Skills

• Operations, account management, or project coordination experience (retail/ecommerce a plus)
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides – especially spreadsheets)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI tools or scripting for automation
• Familiarity with bulk tools or backend systems for partner activation
