This Night Auditor (Part Time/Weekends) will be responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, completing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports. The Night Auditor will also attend to guest needs such as check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and answering questions.

Key responsibilities include:

Proactive thinking, guest security, and maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
Counting cash and maintaining accuracy of the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts.
Checking the front desk log for issues or requests.
Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests.
Processing guest registrations and payments.
Preparing express checkout folios.
Maintaining room status inventory.
Communicating shift information to relevant staff.
Maintaining the lobby and bathroom cleanliness as needed.
Ensuring smooth shift transitions through effective communication.
Collaborating with hotel departments to ensure high-quality service.
Answering inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Completing shift paperwork and nightly audit reports.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
