Night Auditor role at Hyatt
Compensation: Pay Rate $20 per hour. Scheduling requirement: Overnight / Flexible. Employment type: Part-Time.
Qualifications
- Hotel Front Desk Experience REQUIRED
- Hotel Front Office Experience Required
- Commitment to serving guests with a proactive, responsive and caring approach
Responsibilities
- Process credit card transactions and related charges (e.g., restaurant, events, lounge) for the day
- Handle the phone system, transfer calls, and manage reservations
- Verify, balance and review hotel room availability
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts
- Prepare folios for morning departing guests
- Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed
- Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures
Role Context
The front desk hub of the hotel, with significant guest interaction. The late shift often operates without direct management supervision and includes closing daily business and supporting guest check-in/check-out during non-traditional hours. A proactive, responsive, and caring attitude contributes to guest safety and satisfaction during overnight hours.
