Overview
Night Audit Agent position at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality. The role provides friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and information to guests and colleagues, and involves balancing and auditing the hotel's income and expenses for the current 24-hour period.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, note and fulfill special requests, and establish accurate information.
- Provide exceptional customer service with smiles and empathy.
- Thoroughly complete all guest transactions.
- Promote and sell special hotel programs.
- Interact professionally with fellow team members and assist other departments with necessary information.
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and hotel policies.
- Maintain a house bank and handle cash.
- Communicate all pertinent information to Front Office Managers and Supervisors.
- Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
- Balance and audit hotel revenue accuracy, cashier\'s reports, guest, and house accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of reports relevant to daily revenue.
- Any other tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Two years' experience in a service industry, preferably hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident and mature professional able to resolve and de-escalate problems independently.
- Computer literate.
- Pleasant telephone demeanor.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Overnight shift experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $15.50/hr - $16.50/hr.
- New rate effective April 5th: $15.50 - $16.50/hr. Biweekly (every two weeks).

Schedule
The hospitality industry is 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days of the year. All candidates must be available and are expected to work Texas A&M football game days, Ring Days, graduations, and other high-occupancy times due to special events. Overtime may be required when business levels call for it.
- Part-time: 8-29 hours per week depending on business forecast.
- Days of week/weekend schedule will vary based on business needs.
- Shift options: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 5:00 AM depending on business levels.
