Night Auditor FT Job at Pyramid Global Hospitality in Minneapolis

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team at Rand Tower Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio property within Pyramid Global Hospitality. The role typically covers the hours from 11pm to 7am and involves delivering exceptional service, handling guest check-ins, and maintaining accurate reports.

Your Role

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, note and fulfill special requests, and establish accurate information.
• Help resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Generate, print and distribute daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure Night Audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $21.00/Hr. - $22.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
