Night Auditor - Temporary role at Hilton Grand Vacations.

Schedule details: 11 PM – 7 AM.

What you will be doing

  • Lead all aspects of auditing, posting, and balancing daily financial transactions to support guest service and financial profitability, including overnight guest service duties.
  • Keep hotel financial records in order.
  • Process invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute employee checks.
  • Verify that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation.
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel.
  • Respond to guests’ needs, requests, and complaints with outstanding customer service.
  • Answer the phone and make reservations.
  • Summarize each night’s operations and list follow-up tasks for management.
  • Follow End of Day procedures.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 1 year of related experience

  • Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
  • Quarterly bonus is not guaranteed
