Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Demonstrate a personal commitment to meeting the needs of members and guests
• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments
• Actively market and promote personal training services to attract and retain members
• Assist in the development and implementation of club programs and events
• Lead by example in promoting a healthy lifestyle
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with members
• Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth
• Dress professionally in accordance with the current dress code standards

Requirements

• Certified Personal Training certificate from NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFFA, ACE, ISSA
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred but not required)
