Position Description: Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Stand Up Forklift Operator in Minster, Ohio.

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS WELCOME. Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM. 276 South Gate Drive Minster, Ohio 45865.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; able to work within a diverse environment.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Highly thorough and dependable; punctual with good attendance.
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision; high initiative and accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule availability across various shifts.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
