Overview

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Nursing Concepts Inc., you will provide patient care at home, support one-on-one interactions, and work with the Clinical Team to ensure safe, comfortable, and high-quality care for patients in their homes. We are hiring immediately for a full range of cases with differing situations and complexities to fit you best.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, professional home health care to patients in their homes.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Team Director, Director of Nursing, and other team members to manage patient care and maximize patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and communicate care plans as needed to ensure quality care.
• Deliver care with support and teamwork to ensure successful, fulfilling one-on-one patient interactions.
• Adapt to varying cases and complexities to find a good fit for the caregiver and patient.

Qualifications

• Driver's License (Required)
• CPR/BLS Certification (Required)
• Home Health Aide: 1 year of experience (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Ability to commute to Broward County, FL (Required)
• Relocation to Broward County, FL (Preferred)

• Pay: $16.00 per hour (1099 Contractor)
