As an HHA, your focus is to provide high-quality, compassionate care so patients can stay safe and comfortable at home. Our duties emphasize one-on-one patient care in the patient’s home with support and teamwork to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health assistance to patients in their homes.
• Act as a patient advocate and communicate with the Clinical Team Director, Director of Nursing, and other team members to manage patient care.
• Collaborate with the team to maximize patient outcomes and ensure safety and comfort at home.
• Adapt to a range of cases with differing situations and complexities; participate in a team-driven approach to care.

Qualifications

• Driver's License (Required)
• CPR/BLS Certification (Required)
• Home Health Aide: 1 year experience (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Ability to commute in Broward County, FL (Required)
• Relocation to Broward County, FL (Preferred)

Job Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
• Pay: $16.00 per hour (1099 Contractor)
