Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, and assisting with various projects that ensure efficient functioning of the office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and mail.
• Maintain and organize filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records.
• Assist with data entry and maintain databases to ensure accurate information.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a related administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
