Base pay range
$40,000.00/hr - $50,000.00/hr
Overview
Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Office Manager to support the Campus Pastor and coordinate administrative activities across the Plantation Campus. The role involves liaison work between staff and ministries, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring effective office operations to support discipleship and outreach goals.
Your Passion
You must have a passion to assist the Campus Pastor in changing the world for Jesus by liaising between staff and various ministries and connecting CCPL with CCFL through assisting in the making of disciples while maximizing the Campus Pastor’s ability to shepherd the flock. The Office Manager will work closely with the Pastor and delegate projects to Office Staff and Volunteers as appropriate.

You Will
- Employ Biblical principles to resolve everyday problems
- Oversee all activities of the Admin/Support Ministry, including recruitment and scheduling for receptionist volunteers, handling phone messages, IT support, and other administrative needs
- Oversee and/or assist administrative processes and complete New Hire processing with CCFL Human Resources
- Oversee and/or assist in managing Prayer Groups; collect and enter new believer information
- Provide direct support for the Campus Pastor by managing emails/phone calls, delegating projects to administrative volunteers, and coordinating with regional ministries
- Fulfill designated SPOC responsibilities
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills for relating effectively with the Body, Staff and Leadership
- Manage contracts with outside vendors and oversee property-related activities
- Manage calendars for all volunteer/staff activities and align with CCFL Master calendar
- Oversee counseling ministry activities, including interviewing, training, scheduling, and maintaining confidentiality
- Oversee security elements including key control, safety codes, AED/CPR training, and fire safety coordination
- Oversee tithe management and related duties
- Coordinate global communications and calendaring for Elder/Deacon/Deaconess meetings
- Oversee Premarital Counseling and Memorial Ministry activities
- Perform other campus-related tasks as assigned by the Campus Pastor

- Experience in counseling others with the Word of God

- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google programs for reports/presentations
- Understanding of property management and willingness to learn more
- Ability to interact with groups of people
- Basic understanding of PTO, payroll, and accounting processes
- Ability to edit copy from the Communications Team for a streamlined web experience
What You Are Required To Know

Work Schedule
