Warehouse Trainee Position

This is a full-time, entry-level position. Trainees will learn aspects of warehousing through formal training and on-the-job experience, including operating material handling equipment such as mid-rider pallet jacks and forklifts.

• Select customer orders using electronic technology and physical product handling.
• Load and unload product from transportation equipment.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Repetitively lift and stack products.
• Work until the job is complete.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a schedule of 5 days on/2 days off, Sunday through Friday, with no set end times, working 10-12 hour shifts.
• Must be 18 years or older, pass drug and physical tests, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

• Able to work in all temperature zones, including freezers.
• Capable of working overnight shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and squat for long periods.
• Ability to lift 30-60 lbs repeatedly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Operate heavy warehouse equipment and electronic devices.

Compensation and Benefits

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days).
