Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer (GUI) with a strong background in DoD integration, Agile/DevOps methodologies, and automated testing tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills, work independently under general direction, and effectively represent the organization in resolving complex technical challenges. Required technical expertise includes Java or C++ development, Linux scripting, and full-stack web development with Angular, Cesium, and Node.js. Familiarity with tools such as Eclipse, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Jira, and Confluence is highly desired.

Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, CO (4-10 hour shifts, Mon - Thurs)

Salary: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00

Clearance: Secret or Higher

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities

• MBSE Modeling Experience
• Hands-on experience with DoD integration processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies and automated test tools. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change
• Wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in their field and provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with imaginative and thorough solutions
• Works under general direction, and results are reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives; failure to achieve results normally results in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources
• Frequent internal and external customer contacts and represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.

Requirements

• Experience with Java or C++ software development; or Software Testing; or Software Integration.
• Experience with using, developing SW, and creating scripts on Linux strongly desired. Full-stack web development experience preferred to include experience with Angular/Cesium/JWT Authentication/typescript/HTML/CSS/Node.js.
• Previous internship as a software engineer intern preferred.
• Experience with Eclipse, git, Jenkins, maven, Jira, Confluence highly desired.

Education

Master's degree and 7+ years experience or Bachelor's with 9+ years experience or equivalent

LOCATION: Full Time/ On-Site in Colorado Springs, CO (4-10 hour shifts, Mon - Thurs)

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Secret clearance or higher
