The Sweeper Truck Driver is responsible for operating street sweeping equipment to clean streets, parking lots, and other public areas.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate street sweeping equipment to clean streets, parking lots, and other public areas
• Follow a set route and schedule to ensure that all areas are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with shop on any equipment issues
• Report any issues with the equipment to the supervisor
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed while operating the equipment
• Keep accurate records of work performed and submit reports to the supervisor
• Daily walk around

Certificates and/or Licenses

• Valid DOT Card
• Current Driver’s License
• CDL – Class B; Class A not required
• Clean Driving Record
