CDL-A Flatbed Driver | Rouse Trucking

Location: Little Rock, AR 72201

Pay: $1,400 to $1,415 per week. Direct deposit every Friday.

Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A flatbed drivers for a regional position. This role involves hauling loads such as coils, rebar, lumber, and machinery across the Southeast and Midwest. You will run reliable miles in late-model trucks designed to be more livable on the road.

Responsibilities

• Operate late-model trucks (e.g., Peterbilt 579) with features like SiriusXM, fridge, inverter, TV mount, and Espar bunk heater.
• Haul freight for a regional run with consistent loads across the Southeast and Midwest.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Receive transition pay during initial weeks to help you ramp up.
• Attend orientation that is quick, efficient, and fully covered (hotel, travel, meals arranged).
• Enjoy home time with options including 6 full days of home time per month and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Either 1 full year of flatbed experience or 1 year of OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed work.
• Meet DOT medical requirements.
