Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Worker to join our team. This position involves a variety of outdoor work, including landscaping, irrigation installation, fencing, commercial lawn care, and deck building. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can handle long hours in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscaping tasks (planting, mulching, grading, etc.)
• Install and maintain irrigation systems
• Build and repair fences (wood, vinyl, chain link, etc.)
• Provide commercial lawn care, including mowing, edging, and trimming
• Assist in the construction of decks and other outdoor structures
• Safely operate hand tools and power equipment
• Maintain and care for company tools and equipment
• Follow instructions and work as part of a crew
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements / Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willing and able to work long hours in extreme heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Previous experience in landscaping, fencing, irrigation, or deck building is a must
• Ability to work safely and follow company guidelines
• Must be respectful and responsible when using and maintaining company tools
