We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with OutBack Power’s vision to expand its footprint in the renewable energy market. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the marketing department, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing sales through effective campaigns across various channels.
A successful candidate must be able to:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement in the solar industry.
- Brand Management: Strengthen the brand presence through digital and traditional marketing methods, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Content Creation & Campaign Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality content (blog posts, social media, email newsletters, case studies, etc.), and manage multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, online advertising, email, and more.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use this data to fine-tune marketing strategies and campaign performance.
- Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing efforts to improve lead generation and online engagement. Optimize digital content for search engines and conversion.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads, using tools like CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Event Planning & Trade Shows: Organize and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and services.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to ensure marketing efforts are effective and optimized.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and staying within financial guidelines.
- All other duties assigned.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
- Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, analytical, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the solar industry and renewable energy trends is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns, particularly in the renewable energy or technology sector.
