Responsibilities

  • Supports the Talent function (and team) by managing the pre-boarding process from offer acceptance to orientation.
  • Communicate with new hires as to what to expect during onboarding and be the point person for any questions.
  • Collect all necessary documentation and ensure that all pre-hire requirements are scheduled and completed for new hires in a timely fashion.
  • Prepares, schedules, and facilitates New Hire Orientations.
  • Maintains employee personnel files and tracks credentials.
  • Scheduling trainings, planning events and providing other support for the employees and HR team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a Human Resources administrative role.
  • Experience in non-profit or healthcare organization preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS (ADP WorkForce Now preferred) or ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Expert level with Microsoft 365 products.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written) and a professional demeanor.

Onsite Location

This position is onsite at 9220 Mentor Ave., Mentor, Ohio and there is no hybrid option.

Compensation (sample by location)

  • Warrensville Heights, OH: $56,000 - $75,000
  • Kirtland, OH: $45,000 - $55,000
  • Cleveland, OH: $52,705 - $65,000
  • Greater Cleveland: $75,000 - $90,000
