A Barista supports and contributes to creating and maintaining the Starbucks Experience for customers. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks and Providence Starbucks Group guiding principles. Ensures customers receive prompt service, quality beverages, and products. Maintains a safe, secure, clean, and comfortable store environment. Performs daily maintenance, cleaning and environmental upkeep of store, equipment, and back room; checks in and unloads Starbucks product deliveries.

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• National Food Handlers Permit/Card – State, County, City Authority upon hire.
• 0-6 months Retail and/or food service experience.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.75 per hour

The listed base pay range may be supplemented by additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
