Day-to-Day:

• Support end users onsite and remotely with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking issues
• Assist with cloud and VOIP (RingCentral) setups
• Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations and projects
• Represent the MSP professionally at client sites (mileage reimbursed)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years MSP experience (non-negotiable)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and AD
• Networking fundamentals (VPNs, firewalls, switches)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Valid driver’s license + personal vehicle
