A collaborative team that values curiosity, accountability, and helping each other succeed Day-to-Day: Support end users onsite and remotely with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking issues Assist with cloud and VOIP (RingCentral) setups Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations and projects Represent the MSP professionally at client sites (mileage reimbursed) What We’re Looking For: 2+ years MSP experience
