This could include a successful transition to a new position, making a career shift, pursuing an entrepreneurial path, or active retirement. Employment Type:

Greater Minneapolis, MN - Remote. While this role is remote, successful applicants must live within the geographical region stated. Language:
English (any additional language skills are a plus) Key Accountabilities include: Assist candidates across broad spectrum of career transition needs including managing change, assessing skills and interests, defining career goals, identifying career options, guiding resume and LinkedIn profile development, interviewing, negotiating, and new job assimilation. Support candidates in moving forward with change, building confidence, and developing a career marketing plan aligned with their experience and the job market. Proactively engage, motivate, and guide candidates in utilizing LHH resources and technology tools. Demonstrate expertise in current job-related technology including LinkedIn, AI, ChatGPT, ATS, and research databases. Assist candidates in connecting to jobs via LHH tools and resources, including referrals and job sites, in compliance with governmental requirements. Provide coaching for interviews and salary negotiations to help individuals confidently navigate the job search process. Manage time and priorities related to program deliverables, candidate reporting, customer projects, and participate in training and events. About You: Preferred 8+ years of professional experience in Career Consulting or related fields such as HR, recruitment, or career development. Experience across diverse industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, etc. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, ATS, sourcing, and interviewing processes. Proficient with technology tools like Zoom, Teams, portals, and MS Office. Service-oriented with a passion for helping individuals and curiosity about career and industry trends. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple roles with coaching, empathy, and analytical skills. College degree preferred.
