We are looking for an FP&A Manager to be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role partners with senior leaders across the business to deliver insights that shape strategic decision-making and support long-term growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
Consolidate forecasts across business units and ensure accuracy of reporting.
Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reports with variance analysis.
Provide scenario modeling, business case evaluations, and sensitivity analyses.
Support M&A activity, new initiatives, and strategic investments with financial analysis.
Drive process improvements in FP&A systems, reporting, and automation.
Mentor and develop analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
What we’re looking for:
Must-have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency with financial planning and reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, Anaplan, or Cognos).
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with ability to influence leadership.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Nice-to-haves:
MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
Experience in a multi-site or multi-segment organization (e.g., foodservice, retail, hospitality, or manufacturing).
Proven track record of driving process improvements in FP&A functions.
Additional Information:
Travel may be required up to 10–15%.
