Human Resources Manager
to serve as a

Key Responsibilities
Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals
Leading the recruitment and selection process alongside our corporate recruiter to bring in top-tier talent
Interpreting and ensuring compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures
Managing performance, talent, and succession planning processes
Designing and delivering impactful training and development programs
Leading employee relations initiatives to support engagement and retention
Overseeing compensation and benefits processes to ensure fairness and competitiveness
Driving organizational development projects and change management initiatives
Supporting and advising leadership with coaching, counseling, and decision-making strategies
Championing a culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous improvement
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
Experience in a fast-paced, commercial or industrial service environment
Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to manage a wide range of HR responsibilities and priorities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information
Ability to build trusted relationships, resolve issues, and drive employee engagement
