Marketing Manager
with strong nightlife experience to lead the marketing efforts for a high-profile standalone nightlife venue in Miami. This role is nightlife-exclusive and requires expertise in positioning venues at the forefront of Miami’s competitive scene. Role & Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies that elevate brand presence in the Miami nightlife market Drive digital campaigns, social media growth, and influencer partnerships to increase engagement and visibility Collaborate with entertainment, operations, and events teams to design impactful promotions and programming Build and maintain relationships with promoters, DJs, influencers, and nightlife media Oversee branding, creative assets, and communications for consistency across all touchpoints Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI Stay ahead of nightlife trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities within the market Requirements Proven track record in marketing management for nightlife-focused venues (clubs, lounges, or standalone nightlife concepts) Deep understanding of Miami’s nightlife landscape, trends, and competitive environment Strong network of nightlife promoters, influencers, and media partners in Miami Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and nightlife/event campaigns Creative and strategic thinker with excellent project management skills Compensation Salary: To be confirmed, based on experience Growth potential within the hospitality group Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Marketing and Sales Industries : Hotels and Motels and Hospitality
