financial fraud recovery , representing institutional funds, corporations, and other entities. The firm also maintains active practices in

employment law

and

personal injury litigation

(both plaintiff and defense), offering a collaborative environment and exposure to impactful, high-stakes cases. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys in managing litigation matters from case inception through resolution Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including managing exhibits and witness materials Conduct legal research and organize findings for attorney review Coordinate and manage case files, including e-filing in state and federal courts Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances Candidate Qualifications 5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience

(Massachusetts state court experience highly preferred) Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and e-filing requirements in state and federal courts Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Overtime pay

for all hours worked over 40 per week Comprehensive benefits package, including

401(k), health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability coverage Salary Range:

$70,000 – $110,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
