Job Description
We are working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role - either at the SF or East Bay office. The firm values collaboration, mentorship, and professional development, providing a dynamic and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Manage case files, deadlines, and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists. Assist in discovery and evidence management, including document collection, review, and deposition preparation. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to support litigation workflow. Utilize case management software and e-filing systems to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court procedures. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of litigation Paralegal experience in a law firm setting. Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail. Experience handling discovery, trial preparation, and electronic filing in state and federal courts. Proficiency in legal software (case management, e-filing, and research platforms). Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Competitive salary: $85-115k, based on experience.
