Brand & Content Execution: Translate strategic guidance from the Head of Product and Brand Marketing into polished content and campaigns that align with C2FO’s positioning and business goals. Partner with agencies, internal designers, and stakeholders to deliver assets (PR pieces, whitepapers, blog posts, newsletters, executive messaging, social media content, etc.). Support the rollout of core brand narratives with Enterprise Sales, Product, Growth Marketing, and Supplier Sales. Position C2FO as a trusted partner using industry analytics, AI technology, and experts to drive working capital growth. Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and execute brand awareness and PR campaigns, including creative briefing, timelines, approvals, and post-campaign reporting. Ensure messaging consistency across paid, owned, and earned media. Digital Media Optimization/Analysis: Monitor website interactions and social channels; propose updates to drive engagement, leads, and registrations. Optimize SEO, track performance with Google Analytics, and refine UTMs for site events. Social Media Strategy & Execution: Own and evolve C2FO’s corporate presence on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms. Define audience segments and build a targeted social calendar that reinforces brand pillars and executive visibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Data, and Customer teams to surface stories and messaging opportunities; identify content gaps and propose solutions for internal alignment and external clarity. Quality & Process Ownership: Foster a “first-draft excellence” culture; maintain high standards of research, tone, and audience clarity across all communications. Public Relations: Write press releases and support social media for newsworthy items; manage applications for industry awards, coordinating submissions with internal teams and promoting awards on social channels. Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in brand, PR, and marketing communications, preferably in B2B or fintech sectors Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and earned media Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience in both long-form and executive-level content Familiarity with audience segmentation and message tailoring for enterprise buyers and industry partners Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work under deadline Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus Experience publishing public-facing written content across digital and earned media Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting PR or thought leadership campaigns during growth phases or pre-IPO Exposure to working with external PR/media agencies and measuring earned media value Knowledge of fintech, B2B marketplaces, or working capital solutions Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion.
